After a lot of soul-searching, meeting and talking to other people who shared the same struggle

I realized that if I wanted to:

  • Earn a living doing work I love and use my skills and experience to help others

  • Have the flexibility to work where, when and how I work best (hello mid-day yoga class)

  • Have unlimited potential to grow and develop as a person and in business

Then, I had no choice but to become my own boss.

So I set out to learn all I could about entrepreneurship and to meet other like-minded entrepreneurs. And the more I immersed myself in the entrepreneurial community, the more I met women like myself…

  • Women who are passionate about doing meaningful work.

  • Women who want to earn a living in a way that is aligned to their values.

  • Women who want the freedom and flexibility to set their own hours and have time for what matters to them.

But the more I got to know these women and the more I learned about their business, the more I realized the gap that is keeping so many of you from realizing your entrepreneurial dreams.
