SUPERPOWER #1
I understand business and have the skills and experience to prove it.
By the time I decided to leave my corporate job, I was making six-figures, running multi-million dollar projects and leading teams both nationally and internationally. I’ve learned a lot about what it takes to build a successful business.
What that means for you is that you’ll learn the skills and have access to the tools and resources that successful businesses use to grow and scale their business.
Because it doesn’t matter whether you’re looking to build a family business serving your local community or an online empire; all businesses start with the same basic principles.
SUPERPOWER #2
I understand the entrepreneurial journey & the mindset challenges that come with it.
As I set out to build and grow my own business, I learned that while I had the necessary business skills to succeed, I also needed to develop the right mindset.
Becoming an entrepreneur requires that you come face-to-face with all of your limiting beliefs, imposter syndrome and self-sabotaging stories that are designed to keep you “safe” and your business struggling.
As a trained CTI coach, I’ve learned that motivation, courage and commitment aren’t just things you’re born with, they’re qualities that can be developed and are necessary to keep you going ( especially on those days when the voice inside your head is telling you you’re never going to make it).
What that means for you is that you when you’re stuck or feel like giving up, I’ll provide you with the support and coaching to overcome those fears and the accountability to get you back on track and moving towards your goals.
SUPERPOWER #3
I keep it real.
If there’s one thing I’m known for, it’s for being honest (some might say too honest). But I believe that in order to get to where you want to go, you have be honest with yourself about where you’re starting. And that means getting clear on what’s working in your business, what’s holding you back and what needs to change.
What that means for you is that I may call you out (with love) if I think you’re playing too small or getting in your own way. And by asking provocative and sometimes uncomfortable questions, I’ll help you break through the clutter and get clear on what really needs to happen to get your business back on track.
